Your application should consist of a letter of motivation, CV as well as academic and practical references. Whether German or English, we take both.
After receiving your application, it is possible to get an interview appointment within 3 weeks. Of course, you can also choose to take more time. Regardless of whether you are applying for an internship or a fulltime position, your entry is possible shortly after the interviews or later.
We will conduct the interviews with you mainly in German, rarely in English.
The interview day for fulltime employees takes place at our office. For internships, you can choose whether you want to participate digitally or at our office.
Even before your interview day, you will be assigned a "coach" who will provide you with advice and support before, during and after the day. For many universities we have University Ambassadors with whom you can also get in touch.
